Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

As a Manager, Digital Marketing within RBC's US Global Asset Management business, you will help shape the firm’s digital presence and drive online marketing strategy. Working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, you will ensure the website ecosystem is current, searchable, and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and govern US‑focused websites, ensuring content, navigation and branding are consistent and compliant.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align campaigns with regional requirements and fund distribution goals.
• Conduct UX audits, testing and optimization to improve client journeys, reduce drop‑offs and increase conversions.
• Develop, implement and continuously refine SEO strategies—including on‑page, off‑page and technical elements—to boost organic visibility and traffic.
• Monitor analytics dashboards, report on key performance indicators and provide data‑driven recommendations for website, organic and paid search performance.
• Stay current on emerging digital trends, evaluate new technologies and share best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives on time and within budget.
• Hands‑on experience managing websites and executing SEO programs.
• Familiarity with content management systems (dotCMS preferred) and basic HTML.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
