Manager – AI‑Enabled Vulnerability Management (Cyber)

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead AI‑enabled vulnerability management and offensive security operations. You will guide a team of experts in protecting client environments against sophisticated cyber‑attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify threats and vulnerabilities across enterprise environments.
• Lead penetration‑testing, red‑team and purple‑team engagements using industry frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security projects and ensure high‑quality reporting for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with security, business, and client teams to integrate findings into broader cyber‑defence strategies.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts, fostering a collaborative, trust‑based culture.
• Represent EY at industry conferences, groups, and high‑visibility events.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication of complex security concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong client‑engagement skills with the ability to listen, understand needs, and manage expectations.
