Manager, Accounts Receivable

About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable to lead the AR function, ensure timely execution, and oversee offshore shared‑service activities. The role reports to the Director of Accounts Receivable and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train the AR team to achieve department goals and KPIs.
• Implement and monitor Nestlé internal AR controls across the market.
• Oversee business processes for claims, deductions, and credit master data, including system enhancements.
• Provide regular KPI reporting, identify problem areas, and propose risk‑mitigating solutions.
• Participate in operational reviews and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, including merger and acquisition projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or financial risk management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
