Management Trainee – Sales & Operations

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Sales Management Trainee. You will work at one of our neighborhood branches in Louisiana, learning the fundamentals of sales, customer service, and branch operations while receiving mentorship and structured development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, delivering exceptional service.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including finance, inventory, and staffing.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to grow the local customer base.
• Participate in community outreach to build relationships and generate new business.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Motivation to learn and pursue a long‑term career in management.
