Retail Operations Supervisor

About the role

Join Victoria’s Secret & Co as an Operations Supervisor, leading store readiness and operational execution in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintain back‑of‑house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Support store cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Identify and escalate operational issues.
• Coach associates through zoning, team selling and personal selling.
• Manage daily workforce actions and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Model company values and lead by example.

Required profile

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and strong customer focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking and standing.
• Comfort with using headsets, mobile devices and computers.
