About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program in Juneau, AK. As a Management Trainee you will learn every facet of the business—from customer service to operations—while working at a neighborhood branch.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Assist with daily branch operations and support the back‑office team.
  • Develop sales, marketing, and finance skills through hands‑on projects.
  • Build relationships in the local community to generate new business.
  • Prepare to eventually manage your own branch.

Required profile

  • Willingness to work a 45‑hour week.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Motivation to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
