About the role

Start your career with Enterprise Mobility as a Management Trainee. You’ll work at a neighborhood branch in Las Cruces, NM, learning all aspects of the business while delivering exceptional service to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
  • Learn and execute sales, marketing, finance, and operational tasks.
  • Build relationships in the community to generate new business.
  • Develop leadership skills to eventually run your own branch.

Required profile

  • Interest in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations.
  • Motivation to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

    • Targeted first‑year compensation of $50,000–$63,000 (based on a 46‑hour work week).
