About the role
The Sleeping Lion is assembling its opening team for a new restaurant in Fort Davis, Texas. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill salaried management positions as well as front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house roles.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service.
- Manage front‑of‑house staff, greet guests, and handle reservations.
- Prepare and cook menu items using seasonal ingredients and open‑fire techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas.
- Support private dining, special events, and catering services.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and pride in delivering quality service.
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to building a restaurant from the ground up.
