Management Consultant – Pharma & Healthcare

About the role

Arya Consulting Partners is seeking experienced Management Consultants with a focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare to join its growing team. You will work on client engagements, applying structured problem‑solving and delivering high‑quality outputs while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop deliverables and execute defined strategies.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support functional workstreams, create meeting/workshop collateral, and manage logistics for senior‑level, cross‑geographic audiences.
• Develop client‑ready communications and materials to convey decision points, progress updates, and overall status.
• Demonstrate flexibility by contributing in diverse capacities as project and firm needs evolve.
• Participate in firm initiatives that support capability development, knowledge sharing, and growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a management consulting firm.
• Fundamental understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries; prior industry experience is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work well with ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client and internal engagements.
