Managed Services – SAP BRIM Manager

About the role

As a Managed Services – SAP BRIM Manager you will lead consulting engagements that help clients optimise their SAP landscape. Working within PwC’s Digital Core Modernisation practice you will analyse client requirements, design and implement SAP solutions and ensure successful adoption through training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and design SAP BRIM, CRM and ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Develop training materials and provide hands‑on support for seamless integration of SAP applications.
• Manage project architecture, timelines and financials to meet quality standards.
• Mentor junior staff, leverage individual strengths and drive performance.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts and ensure clear communication.
• Promote emerging technologies and innovative approaches within SAP consulting services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or Information Systems.
