About the role

As a Managed Services – Oracle Cloud EPM Associate at PwC, you will work within the Technology Consulting practice delivering Oracle‑based solutions to clients. You will help analyse client requirements, implement Oracle CRM and Oracle Cloud EPM applications, and provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design Oracle CRM and Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Implement and configure Oracle CRM software and Oracle E‑Business Suite components.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑implementation support to clients.
• Collaborate with client teams to optimise business processes and achieve strategic objectives.
• Participate in deployment management, design implementation and transformation projects.
• Gather information from diverse sources to identify patterns and inform decision‑making.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments.

• Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
