Make Ready/Turn Technician (Apartment Turnover)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Make Ready/Turn Technician to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. You will ensure each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards by completing repairs, touch‑ups, and cleaning tasks in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements required before a resident moves in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Maintain common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and checklist items promptly.
• Follow Greystar safety policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.
• Provide courteous service to residents, answering questions and addressing maintenance complaints efficiently.
