Make-Ready Specialist – The Bellfort

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Make-Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartments at The Bellfort for new residents. You will ensure each unit meets the company’s quality standards before re‑leasing, contributing to a smooth turnover process.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements listed on the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect and repair or replace damaged sheetrock.
• Perform touch‑up painting for vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Maintain common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed tasks and checklist items promptly.
• Follow safety policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Customer‑service mindset, treating residents respectfully and responding to inquiries promptly.
