Make Ready Specialist – Manchester State Thomas

About the role
The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are restored to market‑ready condition quickly and to Greystar’s quality standards. Working on‑site in Dallas, you will follow a detailed make‑ready checklist to prepare units for new residents.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements required before a resident moves in.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
- Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervision.
- Assist with maintaining common areas and grounds, including trash removal and pressure‑washing.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a make‑ready checklist.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and community managers.
