Make Ready Specialist – Fort Worth, TX

About the role
The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This full‑time position involves performing technical and mechanical work to turn units into market‑ready condition.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move‑in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
- Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed.
- Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including trash removal and pressure‑washing breezeways.
Required profile
- Ability to follow the make‑ready checklist and complete tasks efficiently.
- Capability to perform technical and mechanical work on residential units.
