About the role
Join Roehl Transport as an Entry Level Body Shop Technician, working on the front lines of America’s freight movement. You will prepare trucks and trailers and perform a variety of body‑work repairs within a supportive, safety‑focused maintenance team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare trucks and trailers for service and dispatch.
- Perform body repair work, including dent removal, panel replacement, and painting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with the tools and equipment provided.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices and improve skills.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on body‑shop techniques.
- Safety‑conscious mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
