Maintenance Technician – Wilshire Vermont

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property management team for the Wilshire Vermont community in Los Angeles. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to ensure equipment reliability and compliance.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leasing, including necessary repairs and installations.
- Respond to on‑call duties as required to address urgent maintenance issues.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
- HVAC license preferred.
- Willingness to work on‑call schedule.
Required skills
- HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
