Maintenance Technician (Thornbridge)

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Thornbridge property in San Jose. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects and problems.
- Execute repairs to restore functionality.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish is preferred.
- Available to work Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
- Eligible for a 20% housing discount.
Required skills
- Electrical repair and maintenance.
- HVAC system servicing.
- Plumbing repair and maintenance.
