Maintenance Technician – The Randall

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s team at The Randall in Woodbury Heights. The role ensures that the building, grounds and common‑area amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, procuring supplies and inspecting completed work.
• Track and retrieve tools, equipment and supplies, maintain inventory records and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in safety and risk‑management meetings and adhere to Greystar’s safety policies.

Required profile

• Ability to perform hands‑on mechanical and technical work in a residential property setting.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation and inventory tracking.
