Maintenance Technician – The Peak

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of The Peak property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems and make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparing units for new tenants.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address urgent maintenance issues.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
- Ability to follow established policies, safety procedures, and regulatory codes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining property standards.
