About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of The Luxe meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and conduct preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparing units for new tenants.

Required profile

1‑2 years of related maintenance experience.
Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and regulatory codes.
