Maintenance Technician – Temporary (Novi at Queen Anne)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Novi at Queen Anne community in Seattle. This temporary position will cover a leave of absence and may lead to a permanent role at another Greystar community.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other assigned duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Required profile

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
• Basic skills in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
