Maintenance Technician – Summit at Sausalito

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Summit at Sausalito community. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of the property, its grounds, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose issues, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and local codes.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Document work performed and update maintenance records accurately.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related maintenance or mechanical experience.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Experience with Entrata or other Property Management Systems (PMS).
