About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Sevens will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional. This entry‑level position supports a lease‑up, mid‑rise community of 572 units and works on a Sunday‑to‑Thursday schedule with weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the property, diagnosing issues and ensuring equipment operates correctly.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in technical or mechanical maintenance.
• Prior technician maintenance experience is required; lease‑up knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety standards.
