About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Sanctuary property team in Portland, Oregon. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors.
Repair and maintain building systems in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

Technical aptitude for mechanical and building systems.
Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
