Maintenance Technician – Rosewood Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Rosewood community in Boise. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by completing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventative tasks on equipment and facilities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
