Maintenance Technician – Raincross Senior Village

About the role

This position provides technical and mechanical support for Raincross Senior Village, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, such as trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and general cleaning.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Availability to work Thursday‑Monday, including weekends and on‑call duties.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to code requirements.
