About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Parker ensures that the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
Diagnose defects or problems, execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.

Required profile

1–2 years of related maintenance experience.
Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm with on‑call duties.
Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
