Maintenance Technician – Park Vue

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Park Vue community in Salt Lake City. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating with vendors to complete required work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work is completed to the company’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC issues.
• Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols and local code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and coordinate vendor activities.
