Maintenance Technician

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of its Vista facility. You will work within the Facilities Team, ensuring that building systems, utilities, and production equipment run reliably while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems.
• Monitor and maintain critical utilities such as clean rooms, purified water systems, and temperature‑controlled environments.
• Respond to and troubleshoot facility and equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting, doors, flooring, and general building systems.
• Provide maintenance support for production equipment and assist with equipment setup and changeovers.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety regulations; complete work orders, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately.
• Participate in audits, address findings, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience in facility or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety regulations.
• Ability to complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.
