Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast‑growing industrial team. You will work on a new facility serving the pulp & paper and petrochemical sectors, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Diagnose equipment failures, execute timely repairs, and document work in the CMMS.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement projects.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Basic knowledge of single‑ and three‑phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.
