About the role

Peak Management is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician to join the team responsible for over 260 residential units in Jackson, Michigan. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service, ensuring all building systems operate smoothly and residents enjoy a comfortable living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple properties.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical components, and other equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond to on‑call assignments as part of a rotating schedule.
• Maintain accurate service records and report completed work.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of HVAC, electronics, and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
