Maintenance Technician – Industrial Production

About the role

We are a leading supplier to the pulp & paper, petrochemical and other industrial sectors, seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our fast‑growing team. You will ensure production equipment and facility systems run reliably through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Diagnose equipment failures, execute timely repairs, and document work.
• Carry out scheduled PMs and maintain accurate maintenance logs (CMMS preferred).
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all safety policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.

Required skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Experience with motors, drives, conveyors and pumps
• Basic knowledge of single‑phase and three‑phase electrical systems
• Reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
