Maintenance Technician – Hominy RiverBlue

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Hominy RiverBlue community. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and applicable codes.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
