About the role

Delek US Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its Hobbs, NM operations. The role focuses on keeping refinery equipment running efficiently through preventive maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to boost availability, capability, and yield.
• Conduct equipment failure analyses for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
• Prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• At least two years of experience in a related maintenance field.
• Current driver’s license.
• Non‑exempt (hourly) status, Skilled II level.
