Maintenance Technician for Tava Waters Community

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Tava Waters community in Greenwood Village. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, coordinating vendors, and completing all required maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain common areas and amenities by cleaning, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and performing painting and minor repairs as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with building maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and follow safety and code requirements.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking work orders and inventory.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and team members.
