Maintenance Technician - Enduro

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Enduro ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and property performance through timely repairs and preventive upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and securing necessary supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours.
