Maintenance Technician – Citrus Court

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Citrus Court – a 138‑unit stabilized property – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Working Tuesday through Saturday, you will respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process: inspect vacant units, create punch lists, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, perform repairs, and verify completed work.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or property‑management setting.
• Availability to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
