Maintenance Technician – Century Town Center

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Century Town Center property in Doral. The role involves ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies and completing all maintenance tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
• Adhere to Greystar’s safety policies and applicable code requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures for maintenance work and inventory management.
• Attention to detail in inspections, documentation and quality of repairs.
• Willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule in addition to standard Monday‑Friday hours.
