Maintenance Technician – Blossoms Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Blossoms community in Brentwood. The role ensures that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will work on a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule with on‑call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal and pressure‑washing.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of maintenance‑related experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy objects.
• Reliability for on‑call duties and weekend schedule.
