Maintenance Technician – Baldwyn Apartments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Baldwyn Apartments in Seattle. The role supports the day‑to‑day operation of a 235‑unit luxury community, ensuring all building systems, grounds and amenities are safe, functional and well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other equipment.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain common areas, grounds and leisure facilities to Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document work performed and coordinate with vendors when specialized services are required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a residential or commercial setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the Seattle location.
