Senior Community Manager – Eastside

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of two or more Eastside properties. The role combines leadership, financial oversight, and resident service to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of two or more properties, including budgeting, rent collection and maintenance oversight.
• Supervise property staff, handling hiring, training, performance management and ensuring compliance with company policies and fair‑housing regulations.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, renewals and coordinate evictions when necessary.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates, property tours and responding to owner requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑6 years of property management experience, with fee management preferred.
• Proven supervisory abilities to lead, train and evaluate a team.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting, fiscal reporting and expense control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Yardi/OneSite property management software.
