About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Lodge at Overland in Rochester, Minnesota. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and functional, supporting the partnership between Trilogy Residential Management and Greystar.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
Perform preventative maintenance on the property, diagnosing issues to maintain standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
