Maintenance Technician – Alta Westinghouse Townhomes

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant apartments are turned over to market‑ready condition at the Alta Westinghouse Townhomes community. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to meet Greystar’s quality standards before new residents move in.
Key responsibilities
- Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
- Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
- Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
- Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities.
Required profile
- Ability to follow detailed make‑ready procedures and checklists.
- Capable of working under supervision of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
