Maintenance Technician – 360 Communities

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the 360 Communities at Crossroads townhome property. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with residents, vendors, and supervisors.
