Maintenance Technician – 360 Communities at Crossroads

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to support the 360 Communities at Crossroads townhome portfolio in Jacksonville, Florida. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by completing work orders and diagnosing the source of defects.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new leases, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Experience in residential property maintenance or a similar environment.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
