Maintenance Technician – 11th & Spruce

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the 11th & Spruce property in St. Louis. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects, and execute repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
