Maintenance Technician – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the physical upkeep of The Row at Red Hill. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts instead of replacing them whenever possible.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of property maintenance experience; lease‑up experience preferred.
• Ability to work a schedule of approximately 9 am – 6 pm, subject to business needs.
