Maintenance Supervisor – The M Club

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for The M Club is responsible for overseeing all technical and mechanical work across the community’s interior and exterior spaces. This includes ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine upkeep.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and procuring necessary supplies.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in residential communities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize work orders, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
