Maintenance Supervisor – The Island Residences

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of The Island Residences at Carlson Center. The role ensures that all interior and exterior building areas, grounds, amenities and common spaces meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, generating punch lists, and coordinating the necessary maintenance tasks to prepare units for new occupants.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and common‑area equipment, ensuring ongoing operational reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders and inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and execute repairs safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, inspections and make‑ready schedules.
